Does Infashion ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship inside and outside the Canada. Please email us at [email protected] for more details.

 

International Duties and Customs Fees 

Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier, or FedEx directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.

 

How soon after I place my order will it ship?

All orders placed before noon EST will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed after noon EST will be shipped within three business days. 

Please kindly note that Shipping Information filled in at order check-out (address, contacts…) are critically important to secure an efficient and timely shipment process.

Any inaccurate or misspelled information may be of nature to delay delivery.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Infashion ship all across Canada via Canada Post or UPS. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been processed, and another email with a tracking number when it has been shipped.

All orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days. Please kindly note that Shipping Information filled in at order check-out (address, contacts…) are critically important to secure an efficient and timely shipment process. Any inaccurate or misspelled information may be of nature to delay delivery.

Infashion will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Infashion return policy?

Infashion accepts returns for store credit on items that are unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of receipt.

All lifestyle products such as plants, Jewelry, Crafts are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.

 

Online Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below. 

 

Regular Priced Merchandise

Within 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

Clothing items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. Non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box or case. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of InFashion. If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.

 

Sale Merchandise

All marked down items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. All accessories are final sale items. All exchanges permitted once only. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us. You can send us the email at [email protected]. If you purchased clothing and it is an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the return is a result of our error. We encourage you to ask all sizing questions before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

 

If you need to return something, contact us so we know it is on its way. All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice. Mail it back to us at:

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags attached.

The shipping cost is not eligible refund.
